Support and Terms of Service

Add-ins run inside of Microsoft Office applications. You need to have licensed Office software already available on your software client to use any of our add-ins. Office software is not provided by ContextNext.
If you are using add-ins that were loaded from a public catalog, like the Office Store or AppSource, then there is no Service Level or Support commitment. These add-ins are free to use but are offerred as-as and come with no warrantys of any kind. Behavior in the add-ins could change at any time when we decide to update them to add or take-away features. The add-ins could be "down" or unavailable at any given time for a variety of reasons. Further, if you are using CTX and have saved dictionaries in the add-in, although none has ever been lost, there is no guaranty that dictionaries in CTX will be stored indefinitely or retained between sessions. Do not use CTX as primary storage (home) for your dictionaries.
Support is always available through email at the bottom of this page. There is no Support response target. We will address issues as quickly as we can but there is no guaranty of resolution.
If you would like to have guarantys, access to the source code (for review or to deploy private instances), or Service Level Agreements of any kind- please reach out directly to dicuss your needs. We are small and happy to license simple additional terms on a case-by-case basis today.
